家計所得全体の年額が給与所得者、事業所得者にかかわらず、500万円以下であること
成績制限
高校3年間の成績、もしくはそれに準じるものが平均評定3.3以上(小数点第２位は切捨て)

貸付型奨学金との併用可
給付型奨学金は併用不可（ただし、在籍する大学や独立行政法人日本学生支援機構や自治体の給付型奨学金は併用可）

選考
（１）書類確認（書類による応募資格有無の確認）
提出された書類をもとに、書類に不備がないか、応募資格は満たしているかについて確認を行います。
書類確認の結果、応募資格の可否を判定し、結果を各大学宛に連絡いたします。
応募者本人へは各大学の担当部署より連絡をしていただきます。
（２）選考委員会審査
書類確認を通過した者に対し、提出された申請書、成績証明書、小論文を基に、定められた選考基準に従って、選考委員会による審査を行います。総合的な判断に基づいて支給対象者を決定いたします。
（３）最終結果
７月中に大学へ連絡するとともに、応募者全員にメールにて通知いたします。
奨学生の義務
毎年7月上旬に実施予定の奨学金給付認定書授与式は、財団と奨学生の大切なコミュケーションの場です。大学担当者様にご相談の上、できるだけご出席ください。

毎年の更新条件
【提出書類】
次年度の奨学金給付を受けるために、毎年度末以降4月10日までに次の書類を財団事務局に提出してください。
（１）「生活状況報告書」(様式6)(様式7)
年度末の生活状況を報告していただきます。１年生から３年生は様式６を、４年生は様式７を提出してください。
※氏名、住所、連絡先等の変更、休学・復学・転学・留年・停学・退学等のいずれかが発生した場合は必ず記載してください。
（２）在学証明書または卒業証明書
進級または卒業したことが証明できる記載があること
（３）学業成績表
年度末までの成績が記載してあること
応募方法と期間
2025年5月15日までに、大学を通して応募します。
提出課題
申請理由書あり。
小論文あり。
テーマ「私の描く未来のデザイン」 所定用紙2枚程度に自筆すること。
※未来に向けてのデザインのあり方、可能性、期待などを自由に記述してください。

Income Limitations
Annual total household income must be less than 5 million yen, regardless of whether the applicant is a salaried employee or a business owner.
Grade Limitations
Average grade of 3.3 or higher (rounded down to the second decimal place) in three years of high school or equivalent.
Combination of scholarships
May be used in conjunction with a loan-type scholarship.
(However, scholarships from your university, Japan Student Services Organization, or local government may be used in combination.)

(7) Income Certificate
One of the following official certificates: Certificate of Withholding Tax, Income Tax Return (copy), Certificate of (Non-) Resident Taxation, etc. for the most recent fiscal year of the applicant’s main household income.
Screening
(1) Document verification (checking eligibility of applicants based on documents)
Based on the submitted documents, we will check whether the documents are complete and whether the applicant meets the eligibility requirements.
After the documents are reviewed, a decision will be made as to whether the applicant is qualified to apply or not, and the results will be sent to each university.
The department in charge at each university will contact the applicant.
(2) Screening by the Selection Committee
Applicants who pass the document review will be screened by the selection committee based on the submitted application form, academic transcripts, and essay, in accordance with the established selection criteria. The recipients will be determined based on an overall judgment.
(3) Final results
The university will be notified in July and all applicants will be notified by e-mail.
Scholarship Obligations
The scholarship award ceremony scheduled to be held in early July each year is an important opportunity for communication between the Foundation and the scholarship recipients. Please consult with your university supervisor and attend the ceremony as much as possible.

Scholarship Amount and Duration
50,000 yen per month for 4 years (renewable)
250,000 yen as a one-time entrance fee
Conditions for annual renewal
Documents to be submitted
In order to receive the scholarship for the following year, the following documents must be submitted to the Foundation office by April 10 after the end of each academic year.
(1) “Report on Living Conditions” (Form 6) (Form 7)
Students in the first through third grades are required to submit Form 6, and students in the fourth grade are required to submit Form 7.
*Please be sure to include any changes in name, address, contact information, etc., and any occurrences of leave of absence, reinstatement, transfer, retention, suspension, or withdrawal from school.
(2) Certificate of enrollment or graduation
(Must have a statement that proves that the applicant has advanced to the next grade or graduated from the school.
(3) Academic transcript
Must include grades up to the end of the academic year.
Application Method and Period
Apply through the university by May 15, 2025.
Proposals to be submitted
There is a statement of reasons for application.

Theme “My vision of design for the future” To be written by the applicant on approximately two sheets of the prescribed paper.
