エフテック奨学財団の給付型奨学金
対象者
当財団の奨学生は、埼玉県およびその隣接する都県に住所を有する大学又は大学院のうち指定された大学・大学院に在学する日本国内外の学習意欲が高い、優れた学生であり、次のいずれにも該当するものが対象となる。
将来社会に貢献できる有用な活動を目指す学生
奨学金を自身の将来の成長のために有用に活用できる学生
在学する大学・大学院によって推薦された学生
学業・人物共に優秀な方
大学２年次以上に在学し、出願する年の３月末において22歳以下 ・大学院修士課程１年次に在学し、出願する年の３月末において25歳以下
・専門職学位課程１年次に在学し、出願する年の３月末において25歳以下
・大学院博士課程１年次に在学し、出願する年の３月末において28歳以下
※「修士課程」とは、修士課程、博士前期課程及び一貫制博士課程の１年次 及び２年次をいう。
※「博士課程」とは、博士課程、博士後記課程及び一貫制博士課程の３年次から ５年次までをいう。
※「専門職学位課程」とは、専門職大学院の課程、法科大学院の課程、教職大学院 の課程をいう。
※留学生については上記(1)～(3)に該当する私費外国人留学生
（注１） 「私費外国人留学生」とは、「留学」の在留資格を有し、国費外国人留学 生及び外国政府の派遣する留学生でない者。
併用
他の奨学金との併給は可能。ただし、 奨学金給付額の合計額が一般の常識の範囲を超えていた場合は資格なしと判断する。
（注１） 奨学金給付額合計額の一般の常識の範囲とは在学する大学・大学院の年間の授業料および諸経費を基準に判断する。
（注２） 2020年４月から開始された「高等教育の無償化に向けた大学等就学支援法」（以下大学無償化法）に基づき、授業料減免並びに給付奨学金を支給される者についても原則として上記（注１）の基準を適用するものとする。
国公立大学、私立大学の一般的に考えられる授業料、諸経費をもとに算定した大学無償化法適用者に対する当財団の奨学金給付の可否は原則、以下の通りです。
注３） 当財団に応募している学生は、大学無償化法に基づく通知書を受領し た場合、直ちに当財団あてにその旨届け出ること。
提出書類
①奨学金願書 ・当財団指定用紙 ・写真１枚を貼付（カラー、上半身正面、応募前３ヵ月以内、横3.5cm×縦4.0ｃｍ）
②推薦書（学校推薦者の自筆署名を必要とする。）
③成績証明書（原本またはコピー、直近の年のもの）
・履修科目、単位数、点数、評価及びその説明のあるもの。合格、不合格の評価のみのものは不可。
④在学証明書（直前３ヵ月以内発行のもの。）
⑤住民票の写し（マイナンバーの記載ないこと）
・写しのコピー不可。記載内容が省略されているものは不可。 ・留学生の場合は、在留カードのコピー。（ 表面と裏面をコピーのこと） ・現住所と住民票の住所表示が異なる場合は、大学が発行する「居住証明書」添付。
選考
(1) 選考は、第一次選考として書類選考、第二次選考として面接試験（第一次選考合格者のみ）を行う。
(2) 書類選考については、選考委員会が奨学金願書等応募書類をもとに学業成績、関心、将来の希望について総合的に評価を行う。（新規・継続申請とも）
(3) 新規申請者のうち書類選考通過者に対しては選考委員会による面接を行う。学生に対しては当財団から直接連絡し面接の日程調整を行う。継続申請者は、原則書類選考により合格を決定するが、選考委員会が面接を必要と判断した場合は面接を行うものとする。
なお、書類選考の結果、不合格となった者については、当財団より本人及び大学にその旨通知する。
(4) ６月下旬頃、選考委員会が、第二次選考として面接試験を行い、奨学生候補者と選定し、当財団理事会が採用を決定する。
(5) 合否の結果は理事会終了後に当財団より本人及び大学に通知する。
奨学生の義務
当財団の奨学生に採用された場合には、以下事項について、誓約書を提出していただきます。
(1) 今後一層学業に精進し健康に留意して、当財団の期待する奨学生に相応しい態度と言動をとること。
(2) 奨学金は学業及び研究遂行のために使用し、他の目的には一切使用しないこと。
(3) 当財団が実施する奨学生交流会には必ず出席し、奨学生間の意識の高揚と親睦を深めるとともに、社会貢献への志を高めること。
(4) 年度末後１ヶ月以内に学業成績書、生活状況報告書を提出すること。（大学・大学院の都合により学業成績書の提出が遅れる場合は１ヵ月を超過することはやむを得ない。） なお、奨学金給付の継続申請者は所定の用紙をもって上記書類の提出に変えることができる。
(5) 以下の事項が生じた時は、ただちに当財団あてに届け出ること。
・本人の氏名、住所、電話番号その他の重要な事項に変更があったとき。 ・休学、復学、転学、留学、留年、停学、退学など学籍上の異動があったとき。 ・他の奨学金制度による奨学金の受給が決まったとき。
年１回の奨学生交流会への出席 ・奨学金給付による金銭的支援のほか、奨学生同士の情報交換・人脈拡大、当財団から奨学生への情報提供といった金銭以外の支援を目的に奨学生交流会を開催します。 奨学生の方にはこの奨学生交流会に原則として出席いただきます。
新型コロナ感染症拡大した状況下では、リモートでの交流に変更する場合もある。
奨学金の休止、停止又は廃止
奨学生が次のいずれかに該当することとなったときは、奨学金の給付を休止、停止又は廃止することがあります。
奨学金の廃止の事由（下記（3）～（8））に該当することとなった場合、故意若しくは重大な過失による違約・違反が認められた場合には、奨学金の一部もしくは全額の返還を求めることがあります。
(1) やむを得ない事情により大学を休学又は長期にわたって欠席したとき
(2) 学業または性向などの状況により指導上必要があると認めたとき (3) 傷い疾病などのため成業の見込みがなくなったとき
(4) 学業成績又は操行が不良となったとき（廃止） (5) 在学する大学における学籍を失ったとき（廃止）
(6) 当財団の事務局と連絡がとれなくなったとき又はその指示や指導に従わなかったとき（廃止） (7) 本財団もしくは支援企業の名誉を傷つけ又は著しく迷惑をかけたとき（廃止
） (8) 前各号のほか、奨学生として適当でない事実があったとき（廃止）

奨学金の金額と期間
月額３万円を１年間（４月～翌年３月）
採用が決定した奨学生に初めて奨学金を給付する際は、採用を決定した月の翌月に、４月に遡って給付。その後は、隔月毎上旬に、送金の方法で給付する。
継続申請を認める。
※奨学期間中、所属大学、大学院に在学していることを条件とする。
応募の方法と期間
大学を通して応募します。大学での応募期限は大学によって異なります。大学から当団体への提出期限は 2025 年５月12日です。
提出課題
願書にて、奨学金を希望する理由と使用目的、学業で今まで積極的に取り組んだこと、これから取り組むこと（留学等含む）、将来の希望、どのような分野に進みたいかなどの作文あり。

F-Tech Scholarship Foundation(2025-2026
Eligibility
The Foundation’s scholarship recipients are excellent students with a high motivation for learning, both in Japan and abroad, who are enrolled in a designated university or graduate school with an address in Saitama Prefecture and its neighboring prefectures, and who meet all of the following criteria.
Students who aim to engage in useful activities that will contribute to society in the future
Students who can use the scholarship effectively for their own future development.
Students recommended by their university or graduate school
Students who are excellent in both academics and character
Students who are enrolled in the second year or above of a university and are 22 years old or younger at the end of March of the year of application ・ Students who are enrolled in the first year of a master’s degree program at a graduate school and are 25 years old or younger at the end of March of the year of application
Students enrolled in the first year of a professional degree program and 25 years old or younger at the end of March of the year of application.
Students enrolled in the first year of a doctoral course at the graduate school and under 28 years old at the end of March of the year of application.
The term “master’s course” refers to the first and second year of a master’s course, a master’s program, a master’s program of a master’s degree, a master’s program of a master’s degree, and an integrated doctoral program.
Doctoral programs” refers to doctoral programs, postdoctoral programs, and integrated doctoral programs from the third year to the fifth year.
Professional degree programs” refers to professional graduate school programs, law school programs, and teacher training school programs.

Combined Scholarship
Combination with other scholarships is possible. However, the total amount of the scholarship is not included in the total amount of the general common sense,

(Note 1) The total amount of the scholarship is determined based on the annual tuition and other expenses of the university or graduate school in which the student is enrolled.

Selection
(1) Applicants will be screened through documents in the first round and an interview in the second round (for those who pass the first round).
(2) For the document screening, the selection committee will make a comprehensive evaluation of the applicant’s academic performance, interests, and future aspirations based on the scholarship application form and other application documents. (For both new and continuing applicants)
(3) New applicants who pass the document screening will be interviewed by the selection committee. For students, the Foundation will contact them directly to arrange an interview schedule. (4) For continuing applicants, in principle, the selection of successful applicants will be based on the screening of documents; however, if the selection committee determines that an interview is necessary, an interview will be conducted.

Obligations of Scholarship Students
If you are selected as a scholarship recipient of the Foundation, you will be required to submit a written pledge regarding the following matters
(1) To devote yourself to your studies, take good care of your health, and behave in a manner and manner befitting a scholarship recipient as expected by the Foundation.
(2) You will use the scholarship funds for academic and research purposes only and will not use them for any other purpose.
(3) Be sure to attend the scholarship exchange meetings held by the Foundation to raise awareness and deepen friendship among the scholarship recipients and to enhance their aspirations to contribute to society.
(4) Submit an academic transcript and a living situation report within one month after the end of the academic year. (If the submission of academic transcripts is delayed due to circumstances at the university or graduate school, exceeding one month is unavoidable.) Applicants who apply for continuation of scholarship benefits may replace the submission of the above documents with the prescribed form.
(5) The applicant must immediately notify the Foundation of any of the following events
When there is a change in the applicant’s name, address, telephone number, or other important information. When there is a change in the student’s academic record, such as leave of absence, reinstatement, transfer, study abroad, retention, suspension, or withdrawal from school. When a scholarship from another scholarship program is decided.
In addition to the financial support provided by the scholarship, the Foundation holds a scholarship exchange party to provide non-financial support such as exchange of information and networking among scholarship recipients, and provision of information from the Foundation to scholarship recipients. In principle, scholarship recipients are required to attend the scholarship exchange meeting.

Suspension, Suspension, or Termination of Scholarship
The scholarship may be suspended, terminated, or discontinued if a scholarship recipient becomes subject to any of the following

(4) When the student’s academic performance or conduct becomes poor (abolition) (5) When the student loses his/her student status at the university where he/she is enrolled (abolition)
(6) If the applicant loses contact with the Foundation’s office or fails to follow its instructions or guidance (abolition) (7) If the applicant harms the reputation of or causes significant inconvenience to the Foundation or the company supported by the Foundation (abolition)
(8) In addition to the preceding items, when there is a fact that renders the scholarship recipient unsuitable (abolition)

Scholarship Amount and Duration
30,000 yen per month for one year (from April to March of the following year)
The first scholarship payment to a scholarship recipient who has been selected will be made in the month following the month in which the scholarship recipient is selected, retroactive to April. Thereafter, the scholarship will be disbursed at the beginning of every other month by way of remittance.
Continuing applications are accepted.
The scholarship recipient must be enrolled in his/her university or graduate school for the duration of the scholarship period.

Apply through your university. Application deadlines at universities vary from university to university. The deadline for submission from universities to the Organization is May 12, 2025.
Submission Assignment
On the application form, applicants must write an essay explaining why they wish to apply for the scholarship and how it will be used, what they have been actively involved in so far in their studies, what they plan to do in the future (including study abroad), what they hope to do in the future, and in what field they would like to pursue their studies.
