鷹野学術振興財団の給付型奨学金
趣旨
一般財団法人鷹野学術振興財団は、チャレンジ精神に富み、学業優秀かつ品行方正な学生のうち、 科学技術関係の学部に学ぶ大学生(短大生含む)及び大学院生に対して奨学金を給付することにより、科学技術の向上ならびに人材育成に寄与することを目的として奨学生を公募致します。
対象者
次の(1)～(4) ( 日本国籍を有しない方は(1)～(5) ) の各項すべてを満たす方
(1) 国内の大学の大学生ならびに大学院生で「 科学技術関係 」を専攻している学生
【「科学技術関係」の範囲 】
電気電子工学、光学関連、画像処理関連、機械工学、物理学、情報工学、材料工学、化学関連、 医療機器関連、健康･福祉関連、環境･エネルギー関連、農学･機能性食品等
(2) 2025年4月1日現在、大学の1年～3年 (6年制学部の場合は1年～5年、短大の場合は1年) に在籍していること、もしくは、大学院修士課程の1年次に在籍していること
(3) 卒業後は「製造業への就職を希望」していること
(4) 過去に当財団の奨学生に採用されたことがないこと
(5) 外国人(日本国籍を有していない方)の場合は、日本語の会話・読み書きに習熟していること
併用
他の財団・民間団体等の奨学金との併給は認めません。
ただし、「日本学生支援機構」の奨学金及び「高等教育修学支援制度」の奨学金ならびに「所属大学独自」の奨学金《授業料の半額免除など》との併用は可能

奨学金の休止、停止または返還事由
奨学生に選定された後、次の各項に該当する事象が発生した場合は、奨学金の給付を停止もしくは奨学金の返還を求めることがあります。
(1) 退学したとき。 (2) 奨学生が休学し、または長期にわたって欠席したとき。
(3) 奨学生が原級にとどまったとき、または卒業延期の恐れが生じたとき。
(4) 傷病、疾病などのため卒業の見込みがなくなったとき。 (5) 奨学生の学業成績または性行が不良となったとき。
(6) 奨学金を必要としない理由が生じたとき。 (7) 本財団が指定する義務を怠ったとき。(支給対象期間終了後の義務を怠った場合を含む)
(8) その他奨学生として適当でない理由が生じたとき。提出書類
(1) 奨学生願書 (本財団指定様式を使用) 原則としてパソコン入力により作成してください。(但し、自筆による作成でも可) (指定様式はホームページからダウンロードしてください)
(2) 大学の成績証明書 (大学又は短大1年生の場合は出身高等学校の調査書)
(3) 推薦書 (学部長若しくは所属研究室長、指導教授、これに準じる方) 大学又は短大 1 年生の場合は、出身高等学校長又は指導教諭の推薦書でも可
(4) 学校の在学証明書
(5) 調査のためのレポート (奨学生願書2枚目の項目)
①研究名・研究概要(200字程度) 大学(短大)１年生の場合、どのような研究に取り組みたいか(テーマ、目的、計画など)
②小論文
※提出書類は原則として「Ａ４」に統一してください。(但し、出身高等学校の調査書などもともとＡ４サイズ以外で作成されている書類は、そのままのサイズで構いません)
※提出書類はすべて片面だけの使用としてください。(両面への記載又は両面印刷による提出は不可) ※提出書類は、ホッチキスで綴じないでください。(クリップ等でまとめてご提出ください)
奨学生の決定
. 奨学生の決定は、財団の選考委員会で奨学生願書ならびに研究概要・小論文、学業成績を総合的 に審査・選考のうえ、6月下旬から7月初旬頃までに決定します。
選考の結果は、応募者全員に書面で通知致します。大学の事務局 (学生支援課等)を通じてのご応募の場合は、同時に大学の事務局(学生支援課等)へ書面で通知致します。
奨学生に採用された方には、奨学生決定通知授与式のご案内を同封致します。採用された方は、東京（指定場所）またはＷｅｂ会議形式で行う授与式に必ずご出席してください。
.奨学生の義務
- 奨学金支給対象期間終了後2カ月以内に、次のものを財団事務局へ提出してください。 (1) 奨学金受給期間中の、奨学金願書に記載した「研究テーマ」に係る取組状況と今後の展開をまと めた小論文 (1,200字以上～2,000字以内程度) (2) 卒業後の進路 (未定の場合は希望)
- 上記をもとに、東京（指定場所）または、Ｗｅｂ会議形式で報告会を行う場合があります。その場 合はあらためてご案内致しますのでご出席してください。
- 卒業時、以下の書類を財団事務局へ提出してください。
学業成績証明書、卒業証明書(写)、卒業後の確定進路 4. その他、財団が報告を求めたときには、速やかにこれに応じてください。
奨学金の金額と期間
年間 ６０ 万円 (月額5万円×12カ月) を１年間 ( 2025年8月1日 ～ 2026年7月31日 )
奨学金は原則として、7 月と1 月 の末日前後に それぞれ 30 万円 直接本人に給付します。 (本人名義の金融機関預金口座に振込みます)
応募方法と期間
2025年4月1日(火)から 2025年5月15日(木)まで (5月15日必着) 、 大学を通して、あるいは、団体に直接、応募します。

Takano Foundation
Purpose
The Takano Foundation for the Advancement of Science and Technology is pleased to offer scholarships to undergraduate (including junior college) and graduate students who have a challenging spirit, academic excellence, and good conduct and who are studying in science and technology-related faculties, with the aim of contributing to the advancement of science and technology and human resource development.
Eligibility
Those who meet all of the following criteria (1) through (4) (1) through (5) for those who do not have Japanese citizenship)
(1) Undergraduate and graduate students majoring in “science and technology” at universities in Japan.
Scope of “Science and Technology”]
Electrical and electronic engineering, optics, image processing, mechanical engineering, physics, information engineering, materials engineering, chemistry, medical equipment, health and welfare, environment and energy, agriculture and functional foods, etc.
(2) As of April 1, 2025, the applicant must be enrolled in the first to third year of a university (one to five years for a six-year undergraduate course or one year for a junior college) or in the first year of a master’s course.
(3) “wish to work in the manufacturing industry” after graduation
(4) You must not have been selected as a scholarship recipient of the Foundation in the past.
(5) Foreigners (non-Japanese citizens) must be proficient in speaking, reading, and writing Japanese.
Combination of scholarship
Combination with scholarships from other foundations, private organizations, etc. is not permitted.
However, it is possible to use the scholarship in combination with a scholarship from the Japan Student Services Organization (JASSO), a scholarship from the Higher Education Scholarship Support System, or a scholarship from the university to which the applicant belongs (e.g., half of the tuition fee waiver).

Reasons for suspension, discontinuation, or return of scholarship
If any of the following events occur after being selected as a scholarship recipient, the scholarship may be suspended or the recipient may be required to return the scholarship funds.
(1) The scholarship recipient withdraws from the university. (2) The scholarship recipient takes a leave of absence or is absent from school for an extended period of time.
(3) If the Scholar remains in the same class or there is a risk that graduation may be postponed.
(4) The Scholarship recipient is no longer expected to graduate due to injury, illness, or other reasons. (5) The Scholarship recipient’s academic performance or conduct becomes unsatisfactory.
(6) The Scholar no longer needs the scholarship. (7) The scholar neglects his/her obligations as specified by the Foundation. (This includes cases in which the scholarship recipient fails to fulfill his/her obligations after the scholarship period has ended.)
(8) If any other reason arises that renders the applicant unsuitable as a scholarship recipient.
Documents to be submitted
(1) Scholarship Student Application Form (using the form designated by the Foundation) In principle, the application form must be typed on a computer. (However, a handwritten application is also acceptable.) (Please download the designated form from the website.)
(2) Transcripts of academic records of the applicant’s high school or university.
(3) Letter of recommendation (from the dean of the faculty, the head of the laboratory, the supervising professor, or an equivalent person) (For first-year university or junior college students, a letter of recommendation from the principal or academic advisor of the high school from which the applicant graduated is also acceptable.
(4) School enrollment certificate
(5) Report for research (second item on the scholarship application form)
(1) Research title and outline (about 200 words) If you are a first-year university (junior college) student, what kind of research you would like to engage in (theme, purpose, plan, etc.)
2) Essay
In principle, all documents submitted should be in A4 size. (However, documents that were originally prepared in a size other than A4, such as a research report from your high school, may be submitted in their original size.)
All documents should be submitted on one side only. (Documents submitted on both sides or printed on both sides are not acceptable.)
Please do not use staples to bind the submitted documents. Please do not staple the documents together (use paper clips, etc.).
Scholarship Decision
. Scholarship recipients will be selected by the Foundation’s selection committee by late June or early July after a comprehensive review and selection of the scholarship application form, research outline, essay, and academic performance.
All applicants will be notified of the selection results in writing. In the case of applications submitted through the university office (Student Support Division, etc.), the university office (Student Support Division, etc.) will be notified in writing at the same time.
The scholarship recipients will receive an invitation to the scholarship award ceremony. All successful applicants must attend the award ceremony, which will be held in Tokyo (designated location) or via web conference.
.Scholarship Obligations

Academic transcripts, graduation certificate (copy), and confirmed career path after graduation. 4. If the Foundation requests any other reports, please respond promptly.
Scholarship Amount and Duration
600,000 yen per year (50,000 yen per month x 12 months) for one year ( August 1, 2025 – July 31, 2026)
As a general rule, the scholarship will be disbursed directly to the scholarship recipient in the amount of 300,000 yen each on or about the last day of July and January. (The amount will be transferred to a bank account in the applicant’s name.)
Application Procedure and Period
Applications must be submitted through the university or directly to the organization from Tuesday, April 1, 2025 to Thursday, May 15, 2025 (must arrive no later than May 15).
